Forum Health At Home is offering flu vaccine for the general public on the following dates:

Thursday, Oct. 14, 9 a.m.- 3 p.m.: Beeghly Medical Park Community Room, Building C, 6505 Market St. Youngstown, Ohio 44512. Contact: (330) 884-2500.
The cost is $15 and is free for those with traditional Medicare.
