James Abraham, 23, State Correctional Institution at Albion, Albion, Pa., receiving stolen property, misuse of credit cards and forgery.
John Wayne Mullins, 34, Thomas Street, Masury or Mahoning County Jail, nine counts each of deception to obtain a danger drug and possession of drugs.
Robert Coller, 25, state Route 305 Burghill, deception to obtain a dangerous drug, aggravated possession of drugs and attempted deception to obtain a dangerous drug.
Willie A. Dowell, 51, Niles Road Southeast, Warren, felonious assault.
Michael J. Paden, 29, Washington Street Northeast, Warren, felonious assault.
Donald J. Fisher, 33, Mahoning Avenue Northwest, Warren, two counts of breaking and entering and theft.
Dewon Raye Dawson, 21, West Myrtle Street, Youngstown, possession of cocaine.
Roger K. Davis Jr., 37, Evaline Drive, Niles, possession of cocaine, falsification.
Scott A. Boerio, 27, South High Street, Cortland, domestic violence.
Felicia L. Fauvie, 35, Mahoning Avenue Northwest, Warren, possession of cocaine.
Joseph Headley, 40, Trumbull County Jail, aggravated vehicular assault while driving under suspension and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, vehicular assault while driving under suspension, hit/skip - failure to stop after an accident.
Artenero B. Fudge, 25, Sweetbrier Avenue Southwest, Warren, possession of cocaine.
Tim Wyland, 37, Hallock-Young Road, Lordstown, failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer, endangering children and misdemeanor counts of hit-skip and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Ryan S. Morris, 20, Comstock Street, Warren, improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle, carrying a concealed weapon and a misdemeanor count of falsification.
Nicole R. Rafferty, 29, Mahoning Avenue Northwest, Warren, grand theft of a motor vehicle.
Braeden M. Clare, 20, three counts of interference with custody.
Rodney Fletcher, 36, First Street Southwest, Warren, possession of cocaine.
Ernest L. Averiett III, 33, Trumbull County Jail, felonious assault, kidnapping, intimidation, two counts of rape and failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer.
Anthony Jerome Smith, 43, Norwood Avenue, Youngstown, aggravated robbery with a firearm specification and a specification or a repeat violent offender and illegal weapons possession.
