Attention, winter sports coaches
The Vindicator asks area winter sports coaches (basketball, wrestling, swimming/diving and ice hockey) to send in results of all games. To avoid confusion, coaches should report all games, home and away, win or lose, to ensure coverage.
Results can be called in (330-747-1471, ext. 1292), e-mailed (sports@vindy.com) or faxed (330-747-6712). E-mails and faxes are the preferred method, to ensure accuracy.
Also, coaches are asked to send in preview information on their teams, by e-mail, fax or U.S. mail (P.O. Box 780, Youngstown 44501). Information requested is: coach's name and a convenient phone number to call for information, team roster and schedule, projected starters and key subs, and a short synopsis of the upcoming season (keys to success, league prediction).
For more information contact sports editor Rob Todor by any of the methods listed above.
