CRIME Police: Man lost pants in robbery on the North Side

YOUNGSTOWN -- A man, naked from the waist down and barefoot, was seen running south on Belmont Avenue on Saturday evening, police said.
The 42-year-old Bethesda, Ohio, man told police he was robbed at a house on North Avenue, where he'd been led by a man he met on the South Side who offered a prostitute and drugs.
The Bethesda man told police he bought drugs and was introduced to a woman but they didn't have sex, even though he paid 44-year-old Arthur Walter, the resident, $20 to use the house.
The victim said he was then pushed outside and robbed by Walter, who had a sawed-off shotgun, and another man with a handgun, reports show.
The robbers took $200 and car keys before ripping off the victim's pants and taking his shoes, police said.
Police who rescued the victim on Belmont took him back to the house on North, where he identified Walter as one of the robbers.
Walter was arrested on a robbery charge and taken to jail around 7 p.m.
The victim's car, which belongs to his girlfriend, was not found.
The 22-year-old Struthers woman who was supposed to have sex with the Bethesda man told police she put on a naked sex show but no money changed hands.
