The PNC Broadway in Pittsburgh series will present "On the Record," a new musical celebrating Disney's catalogue of 60 beloved songs spanning 75 years. Performances will begin Tuesday through November 28 at the Benedum Center for the Performing Arts. Jazz up holidays

Painter to appear at Mentor Gallery
Celebrated children and Christian painter, Greg Olson, is scheduled for a guest appearance at Gallery One, 7003 Center St., Mentor, on Dec. 3 and 4, where he will open a monthlong exhibit of his work. 'Yanni Live' tour comes to Cleveland
The 2004-05 "Yanni Live" tour comes to Gund Arena on Feb. 12 as a part of a 24-city tour featuring music from his last three albums. Tickets go on sale for the concert Monday. FOP benefit show
The Youngstown Fraternal Order of Police will sponsor a benefit performance of the '50s group, the Diamonds on Dec. 9 at Stambaugh Auditorium. Teen movie makers sought by WAM
WAM!, the first and only 24-hour commercial free channel dedicated exclusively to tweens and teens, is announcing a teen video contest that will begin Nov. 27. Pupils 13 to 18 are encouraged to use their imaginations and submit video or film productions featuring someone who is a superhero to them such as a teacher, parent or friend. Zaza returns
Back by popular demand, instrumental rock guitarist and native Clevelander Neil Zaza's "One Silent Night" concert returns to Cleveland's Playhouse Square Center at 8 p.m. Dec. 11 in the Allen Theater. Like Mannheim Steamroller and Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Zaza serves up sounds billed to "satisfy a musical hunger for fans of rock, classical, Christmas and orchestral music."
The Cleveland Rock Orchestra gives the material its classic roots, while Zaza's guitar provides electric melodies. The concert includes songs from Zaza's "One Silent Night" CDs, songs from former albums and selections from his latest CD, "Melodica."

'Movin' Out' movin' in
The Tony Award-winning new musical "Movin' Out" is headed to Cleveland's Playhouse Square Center for a two-week engagement in February.
This engagement is Ohio's premiere of the critically acclaimed musical.
The music of Billy Joel and the choreography of Twyla Tharp bring to life the story of lifelong friends and the two turbulent decades that change them and the world around them. Cleveland native Michael Cavanaugh will star as "Lead Vocalist/Piano Man." Cavanaugh was nominated for a 2003 Tony Award for his Broadway performance of "Movin' Out."
