Failure to show in court
YOUNGSTOWN -- Robert B. Brodie, 55, of Wallace Street, Farrell, Pa., didn't show up for arraignment Friday in municipal court and Judge Elizabeth A. Kobly issued a warrant for his arrest. Police said that when they spotted Brodie near an apartment known for open-air drug trade he began to walk away and, while doing so, removed a syringe from his pocket, knelt down and placed it on the ground. Police discovered that Brodie had an outstanding warrant from Hubbard Township charging him with driving under suspension. City police turned him over to Hubbard police.
