XBoardman-Canfield Branch of the American Association of University Women will meet at 6 p.m. Dec. 1 at A La Cart, 429 Lisbon St., Canfield, for a Christmas dinner and holiday "lunch bag" gift change. AUXILIARIES
XVFW 3538 Auxiliary of Struthers will have a Christmas party at 2:30 p.m. Dec. 12. Members should take a place setting, a casserole, salad or dessert, and a canned snack to send to the troops in Iraq. The deadline is Dec. 6; the calling committee will be contacting members.

XCroatian Ladies Club of Campbell will have a Christmas party at 3 p.m. Nov. 30 at Macaroni Mike's (formerly Airport Tavern), McCartney Road, Campbell.
XMcDonald Parents of Performing Arts will meet at 4 p.m. Wednesday in the senior citizens room at the post office building.
XWarren Women's Connection will have an "Old-Fashioned Christmas" breakfast buffet from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Dec. 13 at Aulizio's Banquet Center, 4395 Youngstown-Warren Road. Audrey John from the Ward Thomas Museum will present a program on Christmases of the past. Soloist Elissa Grundy will perform, and speaker will be Sue Smedley on "How Truly Wonderful Life Is."
