LIBERTY -- A ribbon-cutting ceremony was Tuesday for the grand opening of Hands On Physical Therapy, 5170 Belmont Ave. The business, opened in August, has two physical therapy assistants on staff who can provide daily programs for patients after their initial evaluations.
Chief therapist is Linda Norton, who has more than five years' experience in physical therapy, the last two at Hands On Physical Therapy in Struthers. She has her state license in physical therapy.
The business also offers occupational and industrial rehabilitation therapies.
Welding company
CANFIELD -- Casper's Welding Solutions and Supply, 530 W. Main St., had a ceremonial ribbon cutting Wednesday to announce the company's official opening.
Jim Rach, owner, said his business offers industrial and propage gases, specialty gases, and consultations on welding and cutting requirements.
