XCANFIELD -- Garden City, S.C., was the honeymoon destination of Ryan Reed and his bride, the former Elizabeth King, both of 7261/2 Speer St., Belle Vernon, Pa., who were married Oct. 16 at The Village Church at the Canfield Fairgrounds.
The Rev. Dean Lewis presided at the 3:30 p.m. wedding for the daughter of Timothy and Anne King, 72 Winona Drive, and the son of Terry and Sally Reed, 14549 Smith Goshen Road, Beloit.
The couple accepted congratulations during a reception held later that day at A La Cart Catering.
A beaded bodice and cathedral train enhanced the bride's strapless, A-line gown of champagne-colored satin.
Danielle Guzman of Miami served as the honor attendant, and bridesmaids were Jennifer King of Canfield, the bride's sister-in-law, and Melanie Zidonis of Troy, Mich. They wore cinnamon-colored gowns.
The duties of best man were performed by Josh Reed of Hagerstown, Md., a brother of the groom. Tom King of Canfield, the bride's brother, and Lee Sebulsky of Dover, Del., were groomsmen.
The bride is a mental-health worker and a substitute English teacher with Pennsylvania School System in Belle Vernon. She graduated from the College of Wooster and Pointe Park College in Pittsburgh and holds bachelor's degree in English education.
The groom, a sales representative for 84 Lumber in Belle Vernon, earned a bachelor's degree at Thiel College, Greenville, Pa.
