XCINCINNATI -- The wedding of Mindy Giehis and David Ross took place at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 9 at Covenant First Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Russell Smith officiating.
Parents of the bride are Randy Giehis of Lebanon and Nikki Meyer of Pleasant Plain, and the groom is a son of Mary Lou Ross of Canfield and the late John Edwin Ross.
The bride wore a strapless white gown embellished with beading and a cathedral-length veil.
Burnt-orange gowns were worn by the bride's sister and honor attendant, Jessica Giehis, and the bridesmaids, Kim Jackson, Hadley Meyer, Gabrielle Grimaldi, Rachel Dawson, Robyn Jeter and Regina Schneider.
The duties of best man were performed by the groom's brother, Matthew Ross, and groomsmen were Jason Sowder, Justin Reed, Adam VeVerko, Brian Sowder, Chris Flood, Keith Ridel and Nick Gavey. The groom's godson, Stephen Mueller, served as ring bearer.
The couple accepted congratulations during a reception at The Farm in Delhi before leaving on a wedding trip to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
Both Mr. and Mrs. Ross received bachelor's degrees from the University of Cincinnati. She is a volunteer and event coordinator at the American Cancer Society in Northern Kentucky. He is an accountant at Fifth Third Bank in Cincinnati.
They live in Fort Wright, Ky.
