JENNIFER ZALESKIJESSE HICKERSON
XGIRARD -- The marriage of Jennifer Zaleski and Jesse Hickerson, both of Columbus, was solemnized at 1 p.m. Oct. 9 by Monsignor Martin Susko at St. Rose Church.
Afterward the daughter of Phyllis and Michael Zaleski of Girard and the son of Sandra and Mike Formati of Girard and Jackie and James Hickerson of Farmdale accepted congratulations during a reception at Ciminero's Banquet Centre in Niles.
The couple spent their honeymoon in Aruba and live in Columbus.
Kristy Eckert, the honor attendant, wore a cranberry-colored gown, as did the bridesmaids, Alysia Formati, Crystal Keeley and April Hickerson, sisters of the groom, and Molly Smith. Flower girls were Angelica and Mary Blair, his cousins.
Phil Liberto served as best man, and groomsmen were Angelo Formati, the groom's brother; Frank Keeley, his brother-in-law; Curtis Zaleski, the bride's brother; and Matthew Penza, her cousin.
Mrs. Hickerson graduated from Ashland University with bachelor's degrees in marketing and psychology. She is a recruiter with Dawson Resources in Columbus.
Mr. Hickerson, a clinical exercise physiologist with Ohio Health in Columbus, earned a bachelor's degree in exercise science at Youngstown State University.
