ELISSA BOLCHALKERIC ALEXANDER
XBOARDMAN -- Elissa Bolchalk, Muirfield Avenue, Toledo, became the bride of Eric Alexander, also of Muirfield Avenue, during a ceremony at 1:30 p.m. Oct. 16 at St. Charles Church. Officiating was the Rev. Daniel Venglarik.
The daughter of James and Diane Bolchalk, Sharon Drive, Boardman, and the son of Steve Alexander of Stryker and Sandy and Lenny Miller of Archbold received guests during a reception at The Georgetown.
Beaded embroidery accented the bride's strapless, white organza gown.
Honor attendant was Emily Farkas. Bridesmaids were Amy Wyse, the groom's sister; Becky Bolchalk, the bride's sister-in-law; and Cindy Moser, Stephanie Zapka and Marley Jones. They wore cinnamon-colored dresses. Flower girls were Caitlyn Heidinger, her cousin, and Erika Wyse, his niece.
Matt Doehrmann performed the duties of best man. Groomsmen were Tony Wyse, the groom's brother-in-law; Jeff and Jason Bolchalk, brothers of the bride; and Brett Dillon and Pat Kollars.
The couple honeymooned on a Caribbean cruise and are living in Toledo.
They are graduates of the University of Toledo. Mrs. Alexander, who earned bachelor's and master's degrees, is employed as a recreation therapist at Medical College of Ohio in Toledo and teaches part time in the recreation therapy program at the university. Mr. Alexander holds a bachelor's degree and is an operations engineer at Heartland Information Services in Toledo.
