RELIGIOUS GROUPS
XLadies of Charity will hold a Christmas dinner following noon Mass Dec. 6 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Hall, Via Mount Carmel Way, Youngstown. Officers will be installed, and members will be honored. Items will be collected for Birthright and New Life Maternity Home. Dinners of chicken or fish will cost $15. Reservations are required by Nov. 26 with Ann Maltonic, 2689 Evelyn Road, Youngstown, Ohio 44512, or by calling (330) 792-1499.
SOCIETIES
XMahoning Valley Hammond Organ Society will meet at 7 p.m. Friday in the basement at Faith Community Church, 1919 E. Midlothian Blvd. The meeting is a week earlier than usual because of the Thanksgiving holiday. Hospitality for the evening will be provided by Martha Jarvis and Marie Faucett. Anyone interested in organ music may attend. Club members also help those interested to learn to play and obtain instruments.
SUPPORT GROUPS
XAlzheimer's Family Support Group of Struthers will meet at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 20 at Struthers Presbyterian Church. The meeting is open to all caregivers, family and friends with a loved one with memory problems. For information call (330) 533-3300 or (800) 441-3322.
