Mooney has out-scored its 22 opponents 89-17, shutting out 12 along the way. The leading scorers are senior Kiki Willis (56 goals), junior Zack Hernan (12 goals, 10 assists) and sophomore Dom DiPasquale (12 goals, 12 assists). Willis has 171 career goals, an Ohio record, and is a three-time All-American. Senior goalie Jeff Seddon has 12 shutouts. In the last four seasons, Mooney is 74-8-3. Mooney is coached by Lenny Krispinsky (143-86-18).Watkins Memorial scouting report: The Warriors are in the state tournament for the first time in school history. I Pickerington North.State Ranking: Dayton Carroll was the state's top-ranked team in the final poll. Mooney was second and Watkins Memorial was fifth.Notes: This is the third time an area boys team has played in the state tournament in 15 years. In 1989 Canfield High lost to St. Bernard Roger Bacon 4-0 in the Div. II championship game. Mooney won the 2002 Div.
