DAZZ BAND: This '80s band, whose brand of "danceable jazz" culminated in the 1982 hit "Let It Whip," comes to the Odeon in Cleveland on Nov. 27 at 7 p.m. Tickets, which are $22.50 in advance, and $25 at the door, go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. at the Odeon ticket office and through Ticketmaster.
