Rejected and will re-advertise for bids to replace waterlines on Glacier Heights and Atkinson avenues. All bids were over the $296,052 estimate.
Added $27,000 in work to phase one of the McGuffey Heights drainage improvement project, bringing the total contract with Foust Construction of Girard to $282,631.
