XYOUNGSTOWN -- The rose garden at Fellows Riverside Gardens of Mill Creek Park was the setting for the Sept. 18 wedding of Bianca Ramona Boros and William David Collins, both of 881 Clopper Road, Gaithersburg, Md. The Rev. Gerald L. Fennell officiated at the 4:30 p.m. ceremony.
The bride is a daughter of Ibi Simon, 3806 Cortez Circle, Tampa, Fla., and the groom is a son of Sandy Collins, 2539 Lyon Blvd., Poland.
The bride, who was escorted by her uncle, Kov & aacute;cs Istvan of Reghin, Romania, Europe, wore a long-sleeved gown of beaded satin organza designed with a sweetheart neckline and long train.
Mrs. Collins is employed as a clinical research associate at Westat in Rockville, Md. She earned a bachelor's of science degree at the University of South Florida, Tampa.
Mr. Collins graduated from Hillsborough Community College, Tampa, with an associate of arts degree. He is an operations manager at Petsmart, Gaithersburg. Mr. Collins served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1988-92.
Honor attendant was Lexi Fulton of Pittsburgh, and Kalli Kelepesis of Baltimore was bridesmaid.
Michael Collins of Youngstown, the groom's brother, served as best man. Michael Kniseley of Orlando was groomsman.
