Oct. 26
Theft: Giant Eagle, 525 E. Main St., reported that four packs of cigarettes and two cans of smokeless tobacco were stolen by a male juvenile, who was caught, then released to his parents.
Oct. 27
Theft: A letterman jacket was reported stolen from Canfield High School, along with the keys to an SUV.
Oct. 29
Theft: A woman reported that her daughter's cell phone was stolen from Canfield Middle School, 42 Wadsworth St.
Oct. 30
Theft: A woman reported that her purse had been stolen at a Scott Street laundry center, along with $42 in cash, a digital camera and a black cell phone.

Oct. 25
Theft: A Hoover steam vacuum was reported stolen from the 4000 block of Mahoning Avenue.
Theft: A suspect was arrested in a theft in the 5000 block of Mahoning Avenue.
Theft: A check was taken from the mail in the 1000 block of Fountain Square apartments.
Destroyed animal: A raccoon was put down in the 400 block of Idlewood Road.
Theft: A lawn tractor was taken in the 900 block of North Four Mile Run Road.
Criminal damaging: A van window was broken in the 70 block of South Yorkshire Boulevard.

Criminal damaging: Four tires were punctured on a vehicle in a parking lot in the 1000 block of Laurie Drive.
Theft: A compact-disc player and compact discs were stolen from a vehicle at Product Action, 400 Victoria Road.
Theft: A CD player was stolen and the dash damaged in a vehicle at Product Action.
Theft: $25 worth of fuel was stolen from the BP gas station, 5502 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: Police arrested a suspect in a theft in the 4000 block of Mahoning Avenue.
Theft: A theft was reported at an apartment in the 800 block of Compass West Apartments.

Criminal damaging: A vehicle was damaged in the 4000 block of Deer Creek Court.

Theft: A Remax Realty sign was stolen from the 700 block of Purdue Avenue.
Theft: A set of golf clubs and bag were taken from a vehicle in the 400 block of Victoria Road.
Destroyed animal: A raccoon was destroyed in the 1000 block of Wilcox Road.
Theft: A man was arrested for stealing beer and food at Giant Eagle, 5220 Mahoning Ave.
Burglary: Sports valuables were stolen from a residence in the 3000 block of Oakwood Avenue.
