SOCCER ROUNDUP Saturday's action

Cup of Russia
MOSCOW -- The Chechen soccer team Terek Grozny on Saturday became the first first-division team in Russia's modern history to capture the Cup of Russia.
Terek Grozny defeated the premier league's Kryliya Sovetov of Samara 1-0 on a goal by Andrei Fedkov two minutes into second-half injury time.
Terek has a 10-0-0 record and has scored 24 goals and conceded just one. The team beat three clubs from the premier league early this season to reach the Cup final.
The squad was disbanded in 1994 amid the first Chechen war. Its stadium in Grozny, with one of the best fields in the former Soviet Union, was destroyed.
In 2001, with the second Chechen war raging, the Moscow-backed Chechen government revived the team as a sign that stability was returning to the region.
Terek still doesn't have a home and its fans must take long bus rides through military and police checkpoints to cheer the team.
