XPublic Employee Retirees Inc., Mahoning Chapter 18, will hold its bi-monthly luncheon meeting at noon Tuesday at the Italian-American Veterans Centre, Meridian Road, Youngstown. Doug Foust, OPERS representative and assistant director for health care for PERS, will discuss benefits. The menu will be stuffed pork chops, potatoes, mixed vegetables, salad and dessert.
