XBOARDMAN -- Las Vegas was the honeymoon destination of Carmen DeCerbo and his bride, the former Jennifer Powell, both of 3612 Hopkins Road, Youngstown, who were married April 30 at St. James Meeting Place in Boardman Township Park.
The Rev. Bob Noble heard the exchange of marriage vows during a ceremony at 3 p.m., and later the newlyweds accepted congratulations during a reception at the Maronite Center in Youngstown.
Parents of the bride are Thomas and Pamela Powell, 4914 Gault Road, North Jackson. The groom is a son of Jean DeCerbo, 1567 Thalia Ave., Youngstown, and the late Robert DeCerbo.
The bride wore a two-piece ivory ensemble accented by pastel embroidery.
Mrs. DeCerbo graduated from Kent State University with a degree in applied science. She is an occupational therapist assistant at Forum Health Beeghly Oaks in Boardman.
Mr. DeCerbo is employed as an appraiser with Manatron Appraisal Services in Austintown.
Ushers were David Powell of Columbus, the brother of the bride, and John Grazier of Youngstown, the groom's cousin.
