MONTREAL -- Adam Dunn homered for his first hit in a week and Jose Acevedo got his first win in over a month, leading the Cincinnati Reds to a 4-1 victory over the Montreal Expos on Saturday night.
Dunn, hitless in his first two at-bats to extend his slump to 0-for-23, led off the seventh with a drive into the right-field stands off Zach Day (3-6).
It was Dunn's 12th homer of the season and first hit since May 22, when he went 2-for-2 in an 8-7 win over Houston.
Cincinnati, the surprise NL Central leaders, have won nine of 11, and are tied with Florida for the league's best record at 29-20.
Acevedo (3-3) scattered five hits -- including Endy Chavez's solo homer in the sixth -- in seven innings for his first win in seven starts since Apr. 20.
Danny Graves pitched the ninth for his second straight save and major league-leading 23rd in 27 opportunities.

Brewers 4, Padres 3
MILWAUKEE -- Wes Obermueller, pitching for the first time since May 12, hit a three-run double to lead the Milwaukee Brewers over the San Diego Padres.
Obermueller was just 3-for-12 at the plate this season when he doubled off Dennis Tankersley (0-1) with two outs in the second. It was his first extra-base hit in 35 career at-bats.
On the mound, Obermueller (3-1) struck out a career-high six in six innings, allowing one run and six hits to win his third straight decision. He hadn't pitched in more than two weeks because the Brewers didn't need a fifth starter.
Dan Kolb pitched the ninth for his 13th save in 13 chances as Milwaukee won despite being outhit 11-4.
