What does this mean for her chances of romance with her womanizing coworker (Hugh Jackman)? Greg Kinnear also stars in this 2001 romantic comedy.
The showing of the Oscar-winning film "A Farewell to Arms" (8 p.m., TCM) from 1932 marks the start of a Memorial Day movie marathon. Steve McQueen, John Wayne, Gary Cooper and Robert Montgomery are a few of the actors who depict men in the throes of war.
"Finding Nemo" (10:35 p.m., Starz) was last year's hit animated feature about family life in the world of fish. (For kids not allowed to stay up quite this late, the film repeats at 7 a.m. and 2:15 p.m. Saturday.) The voice cast includes Albert Brooks, Ellen DeGeneres, Brad Garrett and Allison Janney.
"Moulin Rouge" (midnight, VH1) is a musical about star-crossed lovers, set in the Paris of 1899 and co-starring Nicole Kidman. And as its struggling-writer hero, Ewan McGregor is required to sing such songs as Elton John's "Your Song," Dolly Parton's "I Will Always Love You," Sting's "Roxanne" and even a bit of Rodgers and Hammerstein's "The Sound of Music." McGregor meets the challenge by committing to the film as he has never committed to a film before.
