Semroc-Clarke wedding to be in Kinsman church

XPlans for the summer wedding of Bambi Semroc and Douglas Clarke, both of 202 N. Wayne St., Arlington, Va., are announced by their parents, Micki Semroc, 126 Maple Drive, Cortland, and the Rev. and Mrs. Richard Clarke, 162 Laurelwood Drive, Hopedale, Mass.
The couple will issue invitations for their 3:30 p.m. June 26 wedding at Kinsman Presbyterian Church, and also for their reception at The Opera House in Cortland.
Miss Semroc, also a daughter of the late William S. Semroc, graduated from Indiana University in Bloomington, Ind., and the American University in Washington. She holds a master's degree in international development, and is manager of agricultural, forestry and fisheries department with Conservation International in Washington.
Mr. Clarke, a teacher with Fairfax County Schools in Fairfax, Va., earned a master's degree in education. He graduated from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Conn. and from the American University.
