Officers installed by St. Michael guild

CANFIELD -- The installation of officers for the 2004-2005 season was a highlight of a meeting held by St. Michael Altar guild May 3 at St. Michael Church.
Inducted during the candlelight ceremony were Doris Neel, president; Ann Garcia, vice president; Diana Vaccaro, secretary; Rita Bova, treasurer; and Pauline Weldon, chairman of the board.
Named to head various committees were Jerry Less, social; Ruth Molvin and Peg Davis, publicity; Elizabeth Rehlinger, historian; Edith Brown, telephone; Mary Ann Silvestri, flowers; Mary Ann Pavalko, membership; Pat DeRosa, ways and means; and Margaret Woods, lector.
Tom Soich, permanent deacon, conducted the ceremony. He was assisted by Alvira Schultheis and Elaine Terreri, and the new president was in charge of the dinner afterward.
