Laura Dern and Jeff Goldblum star in "Jurassic Park" (8 p.m., NBC), a cautionary tale of human hubris and angry dinosaurs. The Spielberg-directed original film of Michael Crichton's novel is scary good fun.
Here's your Dustin Hoffman fix: First up is "Tootsie" (8 p.m., TCM), his 1981 hit about an actor who cross-dresses in order to land a soap opera role. Then, catch him in "Rain Man" (10 p.m.), opposite Tom Cruise, as an autistic man.
"The Price Is Right Million Dollar Spectacular" (8 p.m., CBS) is a special prime-time version of the game show that salutes Bob Barker for his induction into the Academy of Television Arts & amp; Sciences Hall of Fame.
Brit rocker Andrew W.K. headlines his own comedy-advice show, "Your Friend, Andrew W.K." (9 p.m., MTV2). In it, he will respond to e-mails and calls from viewers who need help on personal issues.
"The Fast and the Furious" (9 p.m., ABC) stars the aptly named Vin Diesel. The candy-colored hot rods tearing up the road and the screen may be the bigger stars.
"Bend It Like Beckham" (10 p.m., Cinemax) is all about girl power. Parminder Nagra and Keira Knightley star as friends and teammates who battle their families' convictions that girls don't belong on the soccer field.
