XBOARDMAN -- Niagara Falls, Canada, was the honeymoon destination of Brian William Aurandt and his bride, the former Amy Marie Freisen, both of 7430 Becky Court, who were married April 17 at St. James Meeting House in Boardman Township Park.
The Rev. Gary Koerth officiated at the 2 p.m. ceremony for the children of Frederick and Janet Freisen, 3221 Oran Drive, and Carol and Donald Aurandt, 1291 Shields Road, all of Youngstown.
The couple accepted congratulations during a reception at the Lockwood House.
The bride designed her gown fashioned in ivory peau de soie with a georgette overlay, beaded daisy trim and long, flowing sleeves.
Mrs. Aurandt graduated from Youngstown Centre of Massotherapy, Struthers, with an Ohio license. A massage therapist, she is employed by Spalon of Sara Morris in Warren.
Mr. Aurandt works in maintenance with B & amp; I Management in Mineral Ridge.
Matron of honor was Melissa DelCastello of Lexington, Ky., and maid of honor was Holly Freisen, Charlotte, N.C., the sister of the bride. Bridesmaid was Tracy Schuster of Sharon, Pa. They wore deep plum dresses.
Dennis Hager of Youngstown performed the duties of best man. Groomsmen were James Hopper of Mineral Ridge and Isaac Gibson of Struthers.
The newlyweds live in Boardman.
