Timothy S. Wainwright, 38, Dearborn Avenue, Youngstown; domestic violence.
Joseph M. Mumaw, 31, South Hubbard Road, Lowellville; assault.
Benjamin Beshara, 30, Brockway Avenue, Youngstown; theft.
Michael Scott Pence, 19, Weaver Road, Berlin Center; breaking and entering.
O'Neil E. Dean, 26, East Boston Avenue, Youngstown; two counts of forgery.
Robert Kelly Jr., 21, East Midlothian Boulevard, Youngstown; receiving stolen property, tampering with a vehicle identification number.
Andre Butler, 38, Steel Street, Youngstown; burglary, receiving stolen property, assault, two counts of aggravated robbery.
Gary York, 48, South Hazelwood Avenue, Youngstown; assault.
Chauncy Walker, 23, Hylda Street, Youngstown; cocaine possession, illegally possessing a weapon.
Paul D. Richardson, 22, East Ravenwood Avenue, Youngstown; unauthorized use of a vehicle.
David T. Wright, 20, West Ravenwood Avenue, Youngstown; automobile title forgery.
Juisone Hightower, 28, East Auburndale Avenue, Youngstown; unlawful sexual contact with a minor.
Ann Moncrief, age unavailable, West Heights Avenue, Youngstown; theft.
Daniel Leone, 30, Mercedes Place, Canfield; attempted possession of drugs.
Daniel Benjamin, Indianola Avenue, Youngstown; two counts of attempted possession of a controlled substance, one count of complicity to attempted drug possession.
