Daniel Snipes, 40, Solar N.W., Warren; forgery and theft.
Margaret Culver, 49, Washington Street, Greenville, Pa.; forgery.
Gerald W. Hardaway, 23, Glenwood Avenue, Youngstown; felonious assault on a peace officer and felonious assault.
Christopher L. Williams, 24, North Park Avenue, Warren; carrying a concealed weapon and possession of cocaine.
Daniel Chipps, 19, Summit Street N.W., Warren; robbery and failure to comply with order or signal of police officer.
Timothy W. Gear, 36, E. Center Street, Windham; possession of cocaine.
James L. Cline, 30, Atlantic Street N.E., Warren; forgery.
Julius G. Torreance, North River Road, Warren; burglary, robbery and kidnapping.
Gregory J. Currie II, Spring Street S.W., Warren; failure to comply with order or signal of police officer.
Lisa Layne, 43, c/o Trumbull County jail; arson.
Anthony M. Caulton, 22, East Auburndale Avenue, Youngstown; escape.
Edward J. Machingo Jr., 27, Flora Road, Leavittsburg; receiving stolen property.
Ronald L. Travis, 36, North Canal, Newton Falls; breaking and entering and theft.
