GETTING IT RIGHT

* A story in some editions Tuesday incorrectly said Youngstown used eminent domain -- the government's right to use private property for a public purpose -- two years ago to install a section of sewer line between Kirk Road and Burma Drive. The city installed the sewer using an easement that has existed since the 1950s when the properties were subdivided, said Carmen Conglose Jr., city deputy director of public works.
* A story Monday identified Kenneth Rager as a gun felon on probation. His three years' probation, imposed in June 2002, was terminated Dec. 29, 2003.
