CANFIELD
May 15
Drug paraphernalia: Police arrested a 24-year-old Youngstown man on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop on South Hillside Drive at the Colonial Plaza. Police found a blue multicolored pipe, a hemostat, a yellow-colored pipe and a box of organic lip balm with suspected marijuana residue in the vehicle.
Theft of gas: Someone stole $30.02 worth of gas from the BP gas station, 599 E. Main St.
AUSTINTOWN
May 10
Theft of vehicle: A tan and silver 1995 Lincoln Town Car was stolen from the 4000 block of Kirk Road.
Criminal damaging: A vehicle window was damaged in the 3800 block of Hendricks Road.
Theft: A Compaq laptop computer was stolen from the 700 block of South Meridian Road.
Theft: Furniture, household items and jewelry were reported stolen from an apartment in the 3000 block of Mahoning Ave.
Criminal damage: A lawn was damaged, possibly by chemicals, in the 3000 block of Black Oak Lane.
Criminal damage: Yard damage by a driver who also was charged with DUI was reported at Woodside Elementary School.
May 11
Theft from auto: The rear license plate was stolen from a vehicle at Idgal Fixtures, 202 N. Meridian Road.
Theft: Meat was stolen from Rulli Brothers, 4331 Kirk Road. The suspect fled.
May 12
Theft from auto: Thieves attempted to steal a stereo from a vehicle but took only change. The vehicle was parked at Chippers, 5 N. Edgehill Ave.
Theft from auto: A tire and rim were taken from a vehicle in the residential 4000 block of Westchester Drive.
Auto theft: A 1991 Buick LeSabre was stolen from Blue Ribbon Cleaners, 4004 Mahoning Ave.
May 13
Attempted burglary: No entry was gained during an attempted burglary at a residence in the 4000 block of Lanterman Drive.
Theft: A woman was arrested on a theft charge at Wal-Mart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: A man alleged money was stolen from him at the I-76 Spa, 5335 Seventy-Six Drive.
Theft from auto: A wallet was stolen from the 2000 block of South Canfield-Niles Road.
Theft: $32.50 in gasoline was stolen from TrueNorth, 3670 S. Meridian Road.
Criminal trespassing: A woman was charged with criminal trespassing at a residence in the 2000 block of South Meridian Road.
Theft from auto: A rear license plate was stolen from a vehicle in the 1400 block of South Canfield-Niles Road.

Attempted theft: The driver's-side door lock was pried open but nothing was stolen from a vehicle in the parking lot at Deer Creek apartments, 4571 Kirk Road.
Theft from auto: Several compact discs were stolen from a vehicle in the 5000 block of Willowcrest Drive.
Theft from auto: A Kenwood stereo and compact discs were taken from the residential 3000 block of Meanderwood Drive.
Theft: Fuel was reported stolen from a BP gas station, 890 N. Canfield-Niles Road.
Theft: Four autographed baseball bats and two autographed photographs were taken from a residence in the 1000 block of Idaho Road.
May 16
Attempted auto theft: A boy was placed in the Juvenile Justice Center after attempting to steal an auto in the 800 block of Compass West apartments.
Attempted theft: Someone damaged the driver's window and the dashboard during a auto break-in at Gavo's Sports Bar, 3661 Mahoning Ave.
Theft from auto: A car stereo, compact disc player and compact disc were stolen from a vehicle in the 800 block of Compass West apartments.
Drug offense: A male suspect was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana in the 6000 block of Mahoning Avenue.
Criminal damage: A vehicle was scratched with a key in the 5000 block of Willowcrest Drive.
Theft: A man was arrested on a theft charge at Wal-Mart.
Criminal damage: A vehicle was damaged in the 4000 block of Pembrook Road.
