Forum Health At Home offers hot, nutritious meals weekdays at 11 locations in Mahoning County for people 60 or older and their spouses, regardless of age. Reservations are required three days in advance, and a $1.50 donation is suggested per meal. Home-delivered meals are also available for seniors homebound due to illness, injury or handicap.
Wednesday, May 19: Southwestern meatloaf, zesty potatoes, creamy coleslaw, potato roll with margarine, apple turnover (apple available) and milk.
Thursday, May 20: Barbecued riblet, parsley potatoes, California mixed vegetables, Diamond Jim bun with margarine, applesauce (diet applesauce available) and milk.
Friday, May 21: Super dog on hot dog bun, ketchup and relish, scalloped potatoes, baked bean quintet, orange and milk.
Saturday, May 22: Roast beef on bun with barbecue packet, three bean salad with Italian dressing, fresh apple, unsweetened pudding and milk.
Monday, May 24: Baked turkey with gravy, mashed sweet potatoes, peas and carrots, stuffing, fruit mix (diet fruit mix available) and milk.
Tuesday, May 25: Swiss steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, spinach with vinegar, bread with margarine, angel food cake and milk.

TRUMBULL COUNTY
The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers older people a well-balanced meal and an opportunity to share fellowship weekdays at 12 locations in Trumbull County. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. Any person 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over is eligible to attend. There is no income requirement. The suggested donation is $1.25 per meal.
