XYOUNGSTOWN -- The wedding of Lori Anne Faix and Christopher Michael Carlisle took place at 2 p.m. April 17 at St. Christine Church. The Rev. G. David Weikart officiated for the daughter of Robert and Kathleen Faix, 4498 Plumbrook Drive, Canfield, and son of Gary and Trudy Carlisle, 131 Sandstone Lane, Canfield.
A reception was held at Mr. Anthony's in Boardman, and the couple honeymooned in St. Lucia. They are living at 7457 E. Huntington Drive, Boardman.
The bride's matte satin princess-style gown was designed with spaghetti straps and a notched neckline. It was enhanced with decorated embroidery on the bodice and train.
Sarah Faix was matron of honor for her sister-in-law, and bridesmaids were Debbie Carlisle, the groom's sister; Sarah and Shannon McGarry and Alison Straub, his cousins; and Kelly Anzevino. They wore lilac-colored gowns. Flower girl was Mia Cayavec.
The duties of best man were performed by Dr. Michael Getsy, and serving as groomsmen were Ken Brunner, the groom's brother-in-law; Robert Faix, the bride's brother; Tony Martell; Tino Roncone; and Michael Callahan. The bride's nephew, Robbie Faix, was ring bearer.
Mrs. Carlisle graduated from St. Elizabeth School of Nuclear Medicine and is a nuclear medicine technologist at St. Elizabeth Health Center.
Her husband holds a bachelor's degree in allied health from Hiram College and is employed in medical sales with Siemens Medical in Cleveland.
