XPRINCETON, N.J. -- The Chapel at St. Joseph Seminary was the setting at 11 a.m. May 15 for the wedding of Julianna C. Patrick and Steven Francis Maria, both of Princeton.
The bride is a daughter of Atty. W. Terry and Irena Patrick of Annapolis, Md., formerly of Youngstown, and parents of the groom are Dr. H. John and Clemence Maria of Burlington, Mass.
Dr. David Kaminsky presided at the ceremony, and a reception was held at Doral Forrestal Center.
Afterward the newlyweds left on a wedding trip to the Caribbean.
They will live in Princeton.
The bride's off-the-shoulder gown of duchess silk satin was enhanced with embroidered Alencon lace.
Heather Heuston was the honor attendant, and bridesmaids were Meghan Patrick, the bride's sister-in-law; Margarite Maria, the groom's sister; and Tinsley Davis. Flower girl was the bride's niece, Abigail Patrick.
The duties of best man were performed by the groom's brother, Michael Maria, and groomsmen were Anton Maria, also a brother of the groom, and Justin Patrick and Capt. James Patrick, brothers of the bride.
A graduate of Swarthmore College in Swarthmore, Pa., with a bachelor's degree in biology, the bride is an early childhood educator at Lakeview Child Center.
The groom is a research scientist with Sci Tec. He earned a degree in chemical engineering from Brown University and his doctorate in chemical engineering from Pinceton University.
