FORD ROUGE FACTORY TOUR
The tour begins at The Henry Ford, 20900 Oakwood Blvd., in Dearborn. From there a bus, which includes audio and video presentations, takes you to the nearby Rouge complex. TOUR HIGHLIGHTS
Station 1: A 12-minute film that tells the story of Henry Ford and the Rouge site, once the world's largest industrial complex.
Station 2: A multisensory film called "The Art of Manufacturing."
Station 3: An 80-foot observation deck with a view of the Rouge center, including the "living roof."
Station 4: A tour of the new truck plant, able to build nine different models.
Station 5: The Legacy Lobby, where five of the most famous Rouge vehicles are on display: a 1929 Ford Model A Roadster, 1932 Ford V8 Victoria, 1949 Ford Club Coupe, 1956 Thunderbird and 1965 Mustang.
