XThe Licensed Practical Nurse Association, Division 3 of Mahoning and Trumbull counties will meet at 7 p.m. Monday at the Greenbrier Nursing Facility, 8064 South Ave., Boardman. XCanfield Homemakers Extension Club will meet at 10 a.m. Wednesday to work on a mirrored picture frame project. New members are welcome.
XChapter CE, PEO Sisterhood, will meet at noon Wednesday at Canfield Presbyterian Church. There will be a luncheon, and the program will be exercises by Eve Bevilacqua of Body Works. Hostesses will be Carolyn Kukura and Martha Sulik.

XKent State University Mothers Club will meet for a luncheon at noon Wednesday at the Olive Garden in Boardman. The afghan drawing will be held and tickets or money should be returned to Mary Schaade. Plans will be made for upcoming activities. XD.A.R.E., a social group for divorced, widowed or separated people, will meet for bowling at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at Boardman Lanes. Dance lessons are planned at 7 p.m. Monday and Tuesday with Judy Conti, and the cost is $5. There will be a walk at Mill Creek Park hiking trail at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, and participants should meet at the parking lot on Route 224. A bike ride is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the bike trail on Kirk Road. A meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Boardman Christian Church.
