XCanfield Homemakers Extension Club will meet at 10 a.m. Wednesday to work on a mirrored picture frame project. New members are welcome.

XKent State University Mothers Club will meet for a luncheon at noon Wednesday at the Olive Garden in Boardman. XD.A.R.E., a social group for divorced, widowed or separated people, will meet for bowling at 7:30 p.m. Saturday at Boardman Lanes. Dance lessons are planned at 7 p.m. Monday and Tuesday with Judy Conti, and the cost is $5. There will be a walk at Mill Creek Park hiking trail at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, and participants should meet at the parking lot on Route 224. A bike ride is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at the bike trail on Kirk Road. A meeting will be held at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Boardman Christian Church.
