Melissa Wagner, Richard Percic announce troth

XMelissa Anne Wagner of Hackney and Richard Brent Percic of Lisbon are announcing their engagement.
Parents of the bride-elect are Paul and Linda Wagner of Hackney, and the future groom is a son of Donna Conkle of Lisbon and the late Richard A. Percic.
Ms. Wagner earned a bachelor's degree at Ohio State University and a master's in library science at Kent State University. She is the library director at the Kate Love Simpson Morgan County Library in McConnelsville.
Mr. Percic is an athletic trainer with Aultman Carrollton Fitness and Therapy Services and Carrollton High School. He graduated from Muskingum College with a bachelor's degree in history.
The couple will be married during a ceremony they have planned for 11 a.m. April 16, 2005, at Sandal's Regency Resort in St. Lucia. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and for postnuptial receptions to be held in Morgan County and in Lisbon.
