Police: Gun found in car
YOUNGSTOWN -- A loaded stolen handgun with a makeshift laser sight was found Sunday afternoon under the driver's seat of a white Lincoln Town Car driven by Duwayne Morant, 30, of Erskine Avenue, Boardman, police said.

Moran was arrested on charges of carrying a concealed weapon, receiving stolen property and possession of marijuana. Police said the suspected marijuana was found under the driver's seat.
Moran told the officers that he is "on paper" to a common pleas judge for a weapons offense, meaning he is on probation for the crime.
