Miss Baker to wed Rasheid Brown in June ceremony

XYOUNGSTOWN -- The engagement of Monique Baker and Rasheid Brown, both of 160 W. Princeton Ave., is being announced by the bride-to-be's mother, Bea Baker, 421 E. Dewey Ave.
The future groom is a son of Ifeteo Brown and Larry Brown, both of Youngstown. The bride-elect also is a daughter of the late George Baker.
Miss Baker and Mr. Brown are students at Youngstown State University. She is majoring in psychology, and he is majoring in criminal justice.
They have chosen June 5 as their wedding day. They will exchange marriage vows during an open-church ceremony planned for 3 p.m. at Union Baptist Church. Invitations will be issued for an evening reception at Willow Creek in Girard.
