Milligan-Moran wedding to be in park chapel

XPlans for the upcoming marriage of Amy L. Milligan of Tampa, Fla., and David C. Moran of St. Petersburg, Fla., are announced by their parents, Nancy Solomon and Harold Milligan, both of Struthers, and Celma Mastry and Bernie Moran, both of St. Petersburg.
The couple will exchange nuptial vows during a 4 p.m. ceremony they have planned for June 19 at St. James Meeting House in Boardman Township Park. Invitations will be issued for their wedding and also for an evening reception at the Holiday Inn, Boardman.
Miss Milligan, a title examiner with TitleMark of South Tampa, holds a bachelor's degree in communications-psychology from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, where she graduated cum laude.
Mr. Moran received a bachelor's degree in criminology from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Fla., and his juris doctorate from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Del.
