XMcDonald Midget Football Association will meet at 7 p.m. Sunday in the senior citizens room, post office building.
XMcDonald Sideliners will meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the Blue Devil Room.
AUXILIARIES
XSt. Anthony Auxiliary of Struthers will hold a Mother's Day banquet at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Elmtree in Struthers. Guests are welcome, and there will be a social hour afterward with Minnie Edwards as chairwoman.
XSt. Elizabeth Health Center Auxiliary will meet Monday in the private dining room. Chuck Mound of the Boardman Police Department will speak on confidence men and fraud. A shoe and uniform sale is being planned for May 18 and 19.
XStruthers VFW 3538 Auxiliary will meet at 6 p.m. Monday at the post home for a Mother's Day casserole dinner and meeting. Meat will be provided, and those attending are asked to take a casserole, salad or dessert and their own place setting.
XVFW Triangle Post 2799 Auxiliary will meet at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the post home, 3161 E. south Range Road, New Springfield. Officers will be installed. Members are reminded to take envelopes, stationery and stamps for the unit.

XFriends of Boardman Library will meet at 9:30 a.m. Monday at the community room. Dr. Donna DiBlasio, professor of history at Youngstown State University, will speak on "The Underground Railroad." Guests are welcome. Hostesses will be Marge Burin, Lee Howell, Pauline Hruby and Florence Zerbonia.

XJunior Seton Circle will meet at noon Thursday at A La Cart Catering in Canfield. Betty DePrim will conduct installation of officers, and the social committee will be Ruth Eich, Lenore Snyder and Marjorie Hunkele. Junior Seton was founded in 1939 by daughters and friends of Seton Circle, which was founded in 1914. The groups combined to form Junior Seton Circle in 2003.
