F.N.B. Corp. subsidiarybuys TICO Credit offices
HERMITAGE, Pa. -- A subsidiary of F.N.B. Corp. has bought eight TICO Credit offices in central Ohio.
Regency Finance Co. bought the offices from The Modern Finance Co. They are in Beavercreek, Bellefontaine, Coshocton, Marion, Mount Vernon, Marysville, Columbus and Reynoldsburg. They will operate as Citizens Financial Services, a subsidiary of Regency.
Regency owns 56 consumer finance offices in Pennsylvania, Ohio and Tennessee. It is part of F.N.B. Corp., which also owns First National Bank of Pennsylvania.
Gary Boggs, a native of Marion, Ohio, has been hired as the regional manager for the eight offices. He has spent the past 15 years in Altoona, Pa., where he was regional manager for a national consumer finance company.
