YOUNGSTOWN Mooney's Willis claims EA honor

YOUNGSTOWN -- The honors continue to pour in for Cardinal Mooney High School junior Ken "Kiki" Willis.
Willis has been selected to the EA Sports High School All-American boys soccer first team as a forward.
There were 20 players named to the squad including selections from California, Texas, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania.
Willis was picked to the Adidas All-American team last fall after scoring 50 goals for the Cardinals.
He is a three-time All-Ohio selection and was picked the Ohio Division II Player of the Year last season.
The EA Sports said the following about Willis: "The only-non goalkeeper underclassman on the team, this junior is a two-time All-American.
"His overall knowledge and skill are just two reasons why he was invited to train and play with Roda JC, a professional club in Krekrade, Holland, last summer."
After leading Mooney to the state championship as a sophomore, Willis was selected The Vindicator's player of the year, an honor he repeated as a junior.
He has also received an offer to play for another European professional team, AC Milan of Italy.
