Runyans observe 50th anniversary at party in Warren

XHANOVERTON -- The Imperial Restaurant in Warren was the setting April 18 for a party held in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Norm Runyan, 6671 Lakeview Drive, who were celebrating their golden wedding anniversary.
Serving as hosts for the occasion were the couple's children and their spouses, Jeanne and Doyle Henneman of Hobe Sound, Fla.; Becky and Stan Lancey of Cortland; and Russell and Rhodi Runyan and Ed and Andrea Runyan, all of Warren. Completing the family circle are seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
The former Carole Smith and Mr. Runyan were united in marriage March 21, 1954, at the United Methodist Church in Jefferson.
Mrs. Runyan is retired from her position as head teller and assistant manager at the Niles and Howland branches of Trumbull Savings and Loan.
Mr. Runyan was a loan officer and in collections with the National City Bank of Niles prior to retiring.
