XPULASKI, Pa. -- The marriage of Kimberly Angelo and Matthew Gabriel was solemnized by the Revs. James Murphy and John Rebel during a 3 p.m. ceremony that took place April 3 at St. James Church.
A reception was held afterward at The Georgetown in Boardman for the daughter of Catherine and Michael Angelo II of Edinburg, Pa., and the son of Linda Maree of Sarasota, Fla., and Eugene Gabriel of New Castle, Pa.
After a wedding trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, the couple live at 1872 Hillsville Road, Edinburg.
The bride wore a strapless, mermaid-style gown enhanced with beading and featuring a sweep train.
Burgundy gowns were worn by Lisa Angelo, the bride's sister and honor attendant, and the bridesmaids, Melanie Scott, her cousin; Jennifer Pahel; Corinne, Valerie and Jessica Gabriel, sisters of the groom; Melinda Downing; Dominique Mayoglu; and Kalli McCauliff. Flower girl was the bride's cousin, Shelby Scott.
Andrew Gabriel performed the duties of best man for his brother, and groomsmen were Michael III and Joseph Angelo, the bride's brothers; Greg Micco; Sean Richman; Joshua Colich; John Grinzavich; Jason Manifrang; and Ryan Quear. The groom's nephew, Braiden Johnson, was ring bearer.
Mrs. Gabriel holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Pennsylvania State University in Erie, Pa.
Her husband attended Gannon University in Erie.
