Barrell-Eliopoulos engagement is announced

XYOUNGSTOWN -- William and Bernice Barrell, 390 Goldie Road, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Danielle Geniene Barrell of the same address, and Timothy James Eliopoulos, 3007 Ralph Ave., a son of Daniel and Nina Eliopoulos, 2325 Auberry, Akron.
The bride-elect, a nurse extern with Forum Health, is pursuing a bachelor's degree in nursing at Youngstown State University.
Her fiance served four years with the U.S. Navy and attended Akron University, where he majored in engineering. He is a senior mortgage consultant and chairman of MCB marketing with First Ohio Banc and Lending in Cleveland.
The couple will extend invitations for their wedding to be held at 2 p.m. July 24 at St. Demetrios Church in Warren and also for their evening reception at McMenamy's in Niles.
