Melissa Mummey, Tod Haverdill to wed in June

XThe engagement of Melissa Anne Mummey and Todd Michael Haverdill, both of 404 E. 274th St., Cleveland, is announced by her parents, Timothy and Georgene Mummey, 3094 Saginaw Drive, Poland, and his mother, Nela Haverdill, 17 King St., Painesville.
The bride-elect is a physical therapist with Orthopedic Associates in Westlake. She graduated from Mount Union College in Alliance with a bachelor's degree in biology and from Youngstown State University with a master's degree in physical therapy.
The prospective groom holds a bachelor's degree in education from Mount Union. He is a physical education and health teacher, and a head wrestling coach with Brecksville-Broadview Heights School System in Broadview Heights. He is also pursuing a master's degree in education at Marygrove College in Detroit.
The couple have planned a private ceremony that will take place at 4:30 p.m. June 12 in Ocho Rios, Jamaica.
