Miss Taindel, James Simkins to wed in summer

XBOARDMAN -- Andrei and Marcela Taindel, 7545 Buchanan Drive, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Andrea Cristina Taindel of the same address, and James Raymond Simkins, son of Raymond and Marjetta Simkins, all of Canfield.
Miss Taindel is a cum laude graduate of Youngstown State University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in education. She is employed as a substitute teacher in Boardman Local School District.
Mr. Simkins is employed on the assembly line at General Motors Corp. at Lordstown.
Invitations will be issued for the couple's wedding to take place at 2:30 p.m. July 3 at St. Dominic Church in Youngstown. An evening reception by invitation is planned at The Georgetown.
