Serena Fisher to be bride of Michael Fedor

XSherry and Gregory Svirbely of Hubbard and Steve and Judy Fedor of New Castle, Pa., are announcing the engagement of their son, Michael James Fedor, and Serena Jean Fisher, both of 451 W. High St., Elizabethtown, Pa.
Miss Fisher, a daughter of Edward and Debra Fisher of Duncannon, Pa., is a Web project manager with JPL Productions in Harrisburg, Pa. She graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a bachelor's degree in management in science and information systems.
Mr. Fedor earned a bachelor's degree in secondary education at PSU and is a secondary education English teacher with Elizabethtown Area School District.
The couple will extend invitations for the wedding they have planned for 4 p.m. July 24 and for their reception to follow, both at the Lauxmont Banquet Center, Wrightsville, Pa.
