Miss Singleton, Chester Phillips set wedding date

XYOUNGSTOWN -- JeAnnette M. Singleton and Chester R. Phillips, both of 855 Compton Lane, are engaged.
Miss Singleton is a daughter of Frances L. Singleton of Youngstown and John W. Singleton of Annandale, Va. The future groom is a son of Jim Phillips of Liberty.
The couple will wed April 17. They will exchange marriage vows during an open-church ceremony at 3:30 p.m. at Metro Assembly of God Church. Invitations will be issued for a reception to follow at The Buckeye Review.
Miss Singleton is employed as an advertising representative with The Review Newspapers in Niles.
Mr. Phillips is retired from LTV Steel in Cleveland.
